1. Public Server (Pub) Code of Conduct
1.1 These rules must be followed on all public server's not just {+BLM+} owned server.
1.2 All Server rules MUST be followed, and if you are banned from a server it must be reported to a Clan Leader
1.3. No Abusive, negative or offensive comments in Global, Team or Private Chat.
1.4 No abusing members or the public on TeamSpeak, ventrillo, forum or private messages. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
1.5 Do NOT initiate kick votes against other players for ANY REASON.
1.6. Do NOT initiate mutiny votes against commanders unless the commander is detrimental to your team.
1.1.7. No roof or spawn camping in an attacking position, this includes any area which is not accessible by foot.
1.8. No entering the uncap in a vehicle.
1.9. No stats padding, this includes high points servers, or restricted kit servers such as pistol and knife servers.
1.10 No camping Uncap bases, this also include on assault lines maps where the bases changes from uncap to capable.
1.11 No Team killing at all, even for revenge or a vehicle.
1.12 No Accusing people of hacking without proof.
1.13 No abusing players for their chose of weapons, clans or excessive use of a vehicle or unlock.
1.14 No Punishing players for team kills!
1.15 No playing in knife server's at all, anytime, (even under alias. knife servers are stats padding and it is an illegal offence)
All these rules apply to all your soldiers whether it is registered to wear the tags or not! if you are banned from a server with one soldier you will be banned with all, you are representing a clan and a good admin will know who you are even if you are aliasing.
2 Forum etiquette Code of conduct
2.1 No offensive language.
2.2 Do not be rude or abusive towards other people at all. (even if someone is abusive towards you then just ignore them.)
2.3 Follow all forum rules.
2.4 Do not disrespect other clans.
2.5 Post in the appropriate areas/topics.
2.6 No Spam. (unless it is a dedicated spam thread i.e.)
2.7 Please follow all forum rules, all black legion mercenaries should adhere to both the forum rules on public forums and also follow the forum rules for the black legion Mercenaries website.
3 TeamSpeak etiquette
3.1 No over the top offensive language, if you are asked to stop, respect that persons request.
3.2 Do not be abusive towards anyone even if they are abusive towards you.
3.3 No abusing TeamSpeak rights. Or your rights will be removed.
3.4 Do not use offensive/racist names, please use your in game name.
3.5 Join both the {+BLM+} and public TeamSpeak and Ventrillo Servers with your in game name.
3.6 Wear the {+BLM+} tags on all Public Ventrillo or TeamSpeak servers.
3.7 Obey all Public Server rules.
This is for all Teamspeak and Ventrillo servers not just {+BLM+}.
Clan Tags
Each member is only allowed to have 2 soldier names that wear the {+BLM+} tags,
These are the only name's your allowed to wear the {+BLM+} tags on throughout your time in {+BLM+}.
Your forum user-name must be the same or similar to the soldier name that you use in scrim's for your game division! Your alternate soldier name must be entered into your forum profile before using the tags on it. If you do wish to change your name and wear the {+BLM+} tags then you must register the new name in the name register section via the information thread in the clan members private section
Membership
To be in {+BLM+} mean's you want to be loyal and committed to {+BLM+}. A member may not play for any other clan's teams in game's that we have an active division for! If you do wish to play for another team in a game that {+BLM+} does not compete in, then please ask a senior member prior to playing for or joining that team, it usually won't be a problem just let us know before you do! This works both ways, {+BLM+} do not play non member's aka ''slut's'' in competitive matches for our active division's. If someone wishes to represent {+BLM+} at a competitive level then they must become a member of {+BLM+}. Please place at the bottom of your application "blacklegion".
Any member found breaking these rules will result in:
* The first offence you'll be warned
* The second offence you'll be suspended from clan for 1 months (with the player/player having to remove their tags and will be banned from TeamSpeak and the {+BLM+} server).
* The Third offence will result in removal from clan and complete ban from the server, forums and TeamSpeak.
If the member/members break ANY rule while suspended, they will be kicked from the clan
